In Erbil... Czech Republic National Day Ceremony Held

This evening, Tuesday, October 27, 2026, Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, attended a special ceremony marking the National Day of the Czech Republic, organized by the Czech Consulate General in the capital, Erbil. The ceremony was attended by a significant number of government officials, representatives of political parties and civil society organizations, alongside diplomats and consuls from various countries.
 

During his participation, the Governor of Erbil extended his congratulations to the Consul General, the diplomatic staff, and the Czech citizens residing in the Kurdistan Region.

Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of further strengthening and developing the historical and friendly relations between the Kurdistan Region and the Czech Republic.
