Congratulatory Message from the Governor of Erbil on the Occasion of Newroz and the Kurdish New Year

On the occasion of Newroz and the Kurdish New Year 2726, we extend our congratulations to the people of Kurdistan in general, and to the capital Erbil in particular, as well as to the proud families of martyrs and the heroic Peshmerga.
 

We hope that the New Year, the beginning of this spring, and Newroz – the festival of freedom, resilience, and resistance – will bring peace and stability to the region, prosperity and joy to everyone, an end to crises, and well-being and happiness for the people of Kurdistan.
