On Monday, January 2, 2023. Erbil Governor, Omed Khoshnaw, accompanied by Hemin Qadir and Massoud Karash, Deputies of Erbil Governor, Governor Assistance, Erbil Central Mayor, Director of Internal Affairs of Erbil Governorate and Director of the Governor's Office, visited Hiwa Ahmad Mustafa, member of the Political Bureau and Head of the Department of Mass and Professional Organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, to congratulate him on his assumption of office.
