Masrour Barzani to the Kurdistan Relief Team: Your work showed our humanity and we will help the afflicted wherever they are

today Sunday, February 19, 2023, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, welcomed the Kurdish rescue and relief team of the region, which immediately went to Turkey and Syria after the earthquake disaster to deliver humanitarian aid, provide a helping hand to the afflicted, and rescue the survivors.

In his speech, the Prime Minister, on behalf of the Kurdistan people, expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the relief team for its assistance and relief to the afflicted.

Addressing the relief team, he said, "What you have done clearly confirms that we are a humane and peaceful people, and we will extend our hands as much as we can to help our brothers and sisters wherever they are."

At the beginning of his speech, he said, "It gives me great pleasure here, on behalf of the people of Kurdistan, to warmly welcome the beloved brothers and sisters who have extended their hands to help the afflicted in northern Kurdistan, western Kurdistan and other regions in Turkey and Syria since the first day of the earthquake."
