Erbil Governor Congratulates Dr. Miran on Historic Pushkin Award

On behalf of Erbil Governorate, we congratulate Professor Dr. Rashad Miran on receiving the "Pushkin" Award, which was presented to him by Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, at the Kremlin Palace, making him the first Kurd to receive this award in the field of literature and sociology. We consider receiving this award, which the Kremlin bestows annually, an important achievement for our nation and congratulate him once again.
