On the occasion of Turkmen Journalism Day, we extend our warmest congratulations to all Turkmen journalists and wish them continued success.

It is a source of pride that the Kurdistan Region has created a conducive environment for journalistic work and media freedom in general.

Hundreds of different institutions of all components and nationalities have used the Kurdistan Regional Government's atmosphere of freedom to carry out their journalistic work.

We hope that this anniversary will be a motive for further development and prosperity of the press and media, and the consolidation of a culture of peaceful coexistence among all components and sects.
