A special debate on women's issues Held in Erbil

Today, Tuesday, March 7, 2023. The British Consulate General in Erbil organized a special debate on women's issues in the presence of Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, with the participation of a number of leading women's social and political figures in Erbil.

The discussion centered on the position and rights of women under international, Iraqi, and Kurdish law. The meeting also discussed solutions to problems confronting women's rights, as well as the culture, strategies, and plans required to ensure women's rights.
